•At 2 Friends on a Roll, we want to make the catering process simple and clear. Please review the following terms before booking your event.
Catering Quotes
Every catering package is customized based on your specific needs. Your final quote will depend on factors such as menu selections, number of guests, event details, location, and services requested. Additional requests or changes may affect the final price.
50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your catering date. Your date is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline provided with your booking.
Custom Add-Ons
Make your catering package your own by adding services such as catering staff, buffet setup, serving assistance, and other available extras. Add-ons are optional and will be charged separately based on the services selected.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your menu, guest count, services, or event details, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may result in an adjustment to your quote, depending on availability and timing.
Pickup & Collection
If you choose to pick up your catering order, your order will be prepared and ready at the agreed-upon pickup time. Please arrive on time and ensure you have an appropriate vehicle and space to safely transport your food.
Delivery
Delivery may be available depending on your event location, date, order size, and availability. Delivery fees may apply and will be included in your quote when applicable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including the event date, time, location, guest count, menu selections, and any special requests. Please notify us promptly if any of these details change.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the preparation of multiple foods.
Cancellation
Because catering requires advance preparation and purchasing, cancellations may be subject to deposit and payment terms outlined in your individual catering agreement or quote.
Final Agreement
By submitting a catering request and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the details outlined in your catering quote.
